Terms and Conditions for Reservations, Group Bookings & Events
Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, we kindly require credit/debit card details to be provided through an online payment link, which will be sent to your email address. We will contact you via SMS or phone call 48 hours in advance for confirmation. If credit card details are not received within 24 hours prior to the booking time, we reserve the right to cancel and delete the reservation.
Cancellation Policy for standard reservations
24-Hour Cancellation: We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 1 day in advance.
No Show / Late Cancellation: For cancellations made after the 24-hour window or in case of a no-show, a charge of £25 per person will be applied to the provided credit/debit card.
Large Group & Event Bookings
For groups of more than 8 guests, we recommend booking our Private Dining Room, which accommodates up to 16 guests. For larger party inquiries, please contact Christina at christinakr@danddlondon.com
Please note that all deposits for group and event bookings are non-refundable.
30-Day Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date, the full deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Event Rescheduling: A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required to reschedule an event. The event can be moved to an alternative date within 2 months without incurring a cancellation fee. If less than 3 weeks’ notice is given, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be retained.
Dining Duration
Table Reservations: For reservations, the following time allocations apply:
1 hour 30 minutes for up to 2 guests
2 hours for up to 4 guests
2 hours 30 minutes for up to 6 guests
3 + hours for parties of 7 or more guests
Late Arrivals: Your table will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. After this period, it may be released, and there may be a wait at the bar for seating if you arrive late.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets in the venue, except for service dogs.
Children Policy
Children are welcome in the café & restaurant on the 24th floor until 5:30 PM.
Cakeage Fee
Should you wish to bring your own cake, a cakeage fee of £6 will be added to your final bill.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We offer vegetarian options, which can also be made vegan on request.
Cashless Venue
Please note, we are a cashless venue, and only credit/debit card payments are accepted.
General Conditions
Entry to the venue and seating arrangements are at the discretion of the management.
Group Booking Adjustments: For any changes in guest numbers, event setup, or special requests for large groups or events, please contact us directly to confirm availability and any applicable charges.
