  • Please note, to confirm your reservation, we kindly require credit/debit card details to be provided over an online link which will be sent to your email address. We will contact you via SMS or phone call for confirmation 48 hours in advanced. Reservations without CC details within 24 hours prior booking time, we have the right to delete.

 

  • We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy; therefore we kindly ask you to cancel the reservation 1 day in advance. In case of no show of late cancellation, we will charge £25 per person on the provided card.

 

  • We favour a glamorous dress code, we do not recommend sportswear, track suits, or anything that may cause offence to others . Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion.

 

  • As per our restaurant policy, the maximum capacity for a table in our main dining room is 8 guests.

 

  • We do recommend our private dining room for a larger party, accommodating up to 16 guests. Please contact Christina at christinakr@danddlondon.com for more than 8 guests or larger enquiries.

 

  • Your table will be booked for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; 2 hours for parties of up to 4; 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of up to 6; and 3 hours for parties of 7+.

 

  • No pets are allowed except for service dogs.

 

  • Children are allowed in the café & restaurant on the 24th floor until 5.30pm.

 

  • Should you wish to bring your own cake, please note that a cakeage fee of £6 will be applied to your bill.

 

  • Kindly let us know in advance should you have any food allergies, special dietary requirements. We do provide vegetarian options, which can also be made vegan on request.

 

  • Please note, we can hold your table for 15 minutes after the time of your booking, after that it can be released and there might be a wait at the bar to be seated if arriving late.

 

  • Please note, we are a cashless venue.
