The beautifully designed cocktail bar offers both classic and innovative cocktails, all expertly crafted by Birmingham’s best mixologist, Tiago Bastos. Taking inspiration from French deserts, adding twists to the classics and ingenious creations, we have a tipple for everyone.
We recommend Orelle’s signature cocktail, ‘Gold 75’, with a Tanqueray 10 gin base, filled with flavours of yuzu and fresh lemon, topped up with Taittinger NV Brut Champagne.
For anyone with a sweet tooth, be sure to try the Charlotte. Inspired by the Charlotte cake, a classic French dessert, and topped with whipped cream.
