On Thursday 10th October, we will invite our guests to ignite their passion for both food and drink as we welcome you to an exclusive dinner 24 floors high in partnership with Nyetimber.
Prepare yourself for a magical evening in the sky with a three-course menu and beautifully paired English Sparkling Wine as you are taken on a flavour journey curated by our Head Chef and a Nyetimber Brand Ambassador.
Our event will include a warm welcome into our Private Dining Room with your first glass of Nyetimber, an immersive session with a Nyetimber Brand Ambassador, with a flavour-pairing explanation to explore the relationship between both your food and drinks and more!
