We’re prepping for Summer with a selection of rosé wines and a specially curated five-course menu. Join us in our private dining room, take in the 360 views of the city and experience a guided dinner with our Head Sommelier, Giampiero Tempesta.
Spend the evening tasting bespoke dishes from Executive Chef Chris Emery, alongside a variety of rosé wines to complement. Enjoy the likes of Lake district lamb loin, braised shoulder, English asparagus, wild garlic, morels, haggis jus paired with Domaine des Tourelles Rosé.
